Introduction

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out Netvision Solutions Ltd's actions to understand all potential modern slavery risks related to its business and to put in place steps that aim to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking in its own business and its supply chains.

Netvision Solutions Ltd is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.

Organisation's structure and supply chains

  • The business provides business automation, AI and technology solutions for clients primarily located in the UK and also elsewhere around the world.
  • Our supply chains include global manufacturers of technology hardware as well as professional services supplied by known subcontractors. We consider our direct operations to be low risk, but we maintain active oversight of our vendor networks.

Policies in relation to modern slavery

We operate a suite of internal policies that support our zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. These include:

  • Whistleblowing / Speak Up Policy: encouraging all employees to report any concerns or suspected wrongdoing safely.
  • Procurement and Ethical Sourcing Policy: requiring suppliers to adhere to high ethical standards and legal compliance.
  • Recruitment / HR Policy: ensuring robust right-to-work checks, fair pay practices, and adherence to minimum wage standards.

Due diligence and risk assessment

As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk:

  • We assess new and existing suppliers based on geography, sector risk, and the use of outsourced labour.
  • We include contractual obligations requiring suppliers to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
  • We review our high-risk vendor categories periodically to ensure proportionate safeguards are met.

Training and awareness

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains, we provide information and training to relevant staff members.
