Netvision Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a technology consultancy registered in England and Wales (company number 16085215, registered office 30 Summer Road, East Molesey, KT8 9LS). This notice explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you visit netvisionsolutions.co.uk or contact us.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry through this site, we collect: your name, work email address, company name, phone number (if given), the area of interest and engagement type you select, and any details you include in your message. We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts of any kind — this site does not build a profile of visitors.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you opt in, to send occasional briefings on automation and AI topics. We do not sell, rent, or use your data for advertising.
Our lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interest to respond to enquiries you send us, and consent for the optional briefings mailing list, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us.
Who we share it with
Enquiry details are sent to us via Resend (email delivery) and checked by Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection) before sending — both process data as our processors, under their own security and data protection terms. We do not share your data with any other third party.
International transfers
Resend and Cloudflare may process data on servers outside the UK. Where this happens, it is covered by appropriate safeguards (such as UK-approved standard contractual clauses) required under UK GDPR.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of business correspondence, and no longer than 24 months unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing engagement.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email enquiries@netvisionsolutions.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data you send us, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and bot verification on our contact form.

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date above.
